What we are filled with is important.

Throughout scripture there are images of us as vessels and God as the one who makes and uses those cups. What are cups made for? To be filled with stuff. So if God is telling us that we were meant to be filled with stuff, then the kind of cups we are and the stuff we are filled with is important.
