Empires rise and fall. They promise justice, security, and order—but too often, they deliver oppression, corruption, and fear. Jesus stepped into a world ruled by empire, but he came proclaiming a different kind of kingdom. One that would challenge everything. What happens when there’s a clash between the kingdom of God and the empires of this world? When human rule collides with divine love? And what does it mean for us today as we navigate our own culture of power and politics?
